The power will be unleashed.In 1925, an expedition of treasure hunters visit the ancient Egyptian city of Hamunaptra, hoping to find significant and valuable archaeological artifacts. Instead, they stumble upon a lost tomb containing the mummy of Imhotep, a priest who had been buried alive 3,000 years ago for betraying his Pharaoh. Unbeknownst to the explorers, their discovery has also unleashed the curse of Imhotep, bringing the evil mummy back to life and threatening Egypt with a series of biblical plagues.
